    Asperges Blanche en conserves

    INGREDIENTS :

    1. asperges blanche
    2. sel
    3. eau
    4. bocaux (les plus hauts de préférences)

     

    PREPARATION :

    Ajustez la longueur de vos asperges a celle de vos bocaux.

    Epluchez les asperges délicatement sans casser le fil des fibres. Les répartir dans vos bocaux.

    Ajoutez une cuillère à café de sel et couvrez d'eau. Mettez à cuire dans un stérilisateur pendant 3h30 à compter de l'obtention de 100°.

    Avec les talons que vous avez récupérer en ajustant vos asperges, vous pouvez faire un bon velouté, mais ceci est une autre recette à venir ultérieurement.
